When children are stuck indoors because it's too cold or wet to play outside, they're likely to have tons of pent-up energy. Playing 'music match' !s a fun, and sneakily educational way to get rid of it! Find a pillowcase and drop half a dozen household objects inside, such as a spoon, a sock and so on (nothing sharp). You'll also need a CD player, recordings of some of the children's favourite music, and space to dance.
