However, 'a strong child' - one who is emotionally and psychologically robust - is one of the four aspects tackled in the Department for Education and Science's Birth to Three Matters, A Framework to Support Children in their Earliest Years, with a focus on the ways practitioners can help children become their 'best selves'.
