(Photograph) - Nursery manager Tracey Robertson of Teddies nursery in Loughton is the winner of Most Outstanding Person as Voted for by the Parents in the group's SHINE (Showing How Investment Nurtures Excellence) awards. She said, 'I'm absolutely thrilled. The award is nominated for by the parents, so I must be doing a good job!' Tracey has been running the 50-place nursery since last July. Fifteen prizes were given in categories ranging from Best Overall Nursery to the Ready, Teddy Cook award for food, with the winners announced at a ceremony on 31 January.
