The relationship between private and voluntary childcare providers and childcare partnerships still needs work in some areas, a year-long Scottish Executive-funded research project has concluded. The study, Childcare Partnerships: Building Bridges with the Voluntary and Independent Sectors, was unveiled in Glasgow on 12 June at a conference organised by out-of-school care and software provider Kids' Clubs Direct.
