A new training programme has been devised to equip people in the early years and childcare sector with the management skills to implement the Government's ten-year childcare strategy. The Centre for Strategy and Communication's programme, which launches on 1 November, is aimed at experienced early years staff who are now obliged to take on new managerial and planning roles.
