Neighbourhood first for county

A 40-place facility in Barnstaple is on track to become the first neighbourhood nursery in Devon when it opens its doors in January. The purpose-built Kiddywinks Nursery, which has been funded by the Department for Education and Skills, the New Opportunities Fund and Devon County Council, will have a dedicated baby area, an extensive outdoor play area and a large main nursery.
