(Photograph) - Ofsted's early years director Dorian Bradley paid a visit to children and staff at the Pre-School Learning Alliance's Laindon Neighbourhood Nursery in Basildon, Essex, to help celebrate its 'outstanding' rating under the new integrated inspections.
