Paul Ennals, chief executive of the National Children's Bureau, has been re-appointed chair of the Children's Workforce Network, which is working in partnership with the Children's Workforce Development Council to deliver a programme of reforms. Mr Ennals has acted as chair of the CWN since it began in June 2004.
