Parents who want advice on maternity and paternity leave and flexible working can e-mail or text their questions to the Working Families charity helpline team. The new service, launching on 2 October, is aimed particularly at fathers, who are thought to prefer online sources for information to telephone helplines. The number for text calls is 07800 00 4722 and the e-mail address is edads@workingfamilies.org.uk.
