(Photograph) - Children celebrate the opening of The Grove Children and Family Centre, one of 12 new children's centres opening in the London borough of Southwark over the next few months. The state-of-the-art building, which has landscaped gardens and the latest play facilities, caters for 126 children aged six months to five years.
