Like many other nursery owners, I am deeply worried about the impact of the Code of Practice and about the sustainability of my provision if the Government continues to force us to offer 'free' nursery education at less than cost. Recently I went to a meeting in Surrey attended by Maria Miller, shadow education minister, and Jeremy Hunt, shadow minister for disabled people, and a large number of PVI nursery providers and some Surrey county councillors.
