Support the staff

I feel that Ofsted should have more control over staffing matters, because they affect the care of the children dramatically. I believe private childcare companies are getting away with not looking after their staff because they are only interested in the profits they make. As a manager of a nursery that has gone through a very difficult time, unsupported by senior management, I resigned due to health issues.
