A new £1.2m children's centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is offering affordable childcare, help with language development and the services of health visitors, school nurses and paediatricians, plus drop-in sessions, holiday activities and parents' groups. The Holme Wood centre will also provide 7.5 hours of free childcare weekly for two-year-olds.
