Firm foundation?

Is there trouble recruiting people to embark upon Early Years Professional training? From the number of full-page advertisements in the press, I would assume so - but I am not surprised. When will early years practitioners be valued for their expertise, training and skills, not to mention their dedication? I am the course leader for the foundation degree in Early Years at Bournemouth and Poole College.
