Hold the lasagne! We've been warned by Jennifer Hayes, secretary of the Chichester and District Childminders Association, 'I was surprised to see Worcestershire sauce listed as an ingredient for a vegetarian lasagne in the February issue of Professional Nanny. All the brands of Worcestershire sauce I have used contain anchovies - which are not exactly vegetarian!'
