* West Dunbartonshire Early Years Services held an ICT in Action day last month to celebrate the successful implementation of the government's Early Learning, Forward Thinking policy framework for ICT in the early years. ICT co-ordinator Annette Burns said, 'Children as young as three and four are using digital cameras and printing photographs. They are using scanners and software that enable them to draw and create wonderful images.'
