Get real, Biddulph

Steve Biddulph ('Who cares?' 9 March) says that he has 'interviewed many childcare workers from around the world' who voice concerns about children left in nurseries and 'feel positively schizophrenic, conveying to parents that everything is fine, when their innermost feelings are "who do you think you are kidding?"' I wonder how many nurseries Steve Biddulph has visited in the UK recently? The image he is portraying, and his comments in media interviews to promote his book, do not correlate with the vast majority of UK nurseries.
