Happy Days, one of the largest private nursery chains in the south- west, has been awarded a ten-year contract to run the nursery at Plymouth NHS Hospital. The group owns 17 nurseries offering 900 places in settings across Cornwall. It also runs several holiday clubs. Managing director Robin Karkeek said, 'Taking Happy Days into Devon has always been part of our long-term vision.
