A Romanian man who worked as an au pair for a family in Wales has become the first male to win an International Au Pair of the Year award, said The Observer. Alex Darziu, who is also a tattoo artist, was presented with the award in Barcelona, Spain. The wages that families pay to nannies have been included in the nation's official shopping basket compiled by the Office of National Statistics for the first time, said the Daily Mail.
