Child Base Nurseries has appeared in the Sunday Times Best Companies Award list for the second year in a row, jumping up 41 places to be rated the 31st best company in the UK. Managing director Emma Phillips said, 'The award gives us the opportunity to look at staff welfare practices and learn from the staff areas in which we can improve. Last year there were a number of categories highlighted which we have worked hard on to better and so we are thrilled that our placing this year has gone up so dramatically.'
