Nannies are ready and willing to undergo criminal records checks - but parents are unaware that they can get them, and the cost of checking varies widely. That's the evidence from a new survey by the Professional Association of Nursery Nurses. PANN received 149 replies to a questionnaire sent out to its nanny members and found that 127 had had a full Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
