Cost of the strike

As a nursery nurse I totally agree with the review of the early years and childcare workforce in Scotland, as all nursery nurses are back in work doing two-and-a-half hours extra and loads more paperwork for nothing. Those of us who were on strike have lost more than £2,000 by being on strike, so that we are back in work and doing more work for less pay, due to the extra hours. No wonder we feel undervalued.
