The new Sector Skills Council

The new Sector Skills Council that will bring together those working in early years as well as children's social care was named last week as the Social Care, Children and Young People's Sector Skills Council. Paul Ennals, chief executive of the National Children's Bureau, will be the interim chairman of the Children, Young People and Families Workforce Council (CYPFWC), one of five councils in the federated SSC.
