Kids Inc Nurseries chain has bought two purpose-built nurseries from Primary Steps. The nurseries are in Bluewater, Kent (116 places), and Guildford (129 places). Kids Inc described the acquisition as 'a good opportunity to advance the group's expansion plans'. It brings the total number of nurseries owned by Kids Inc to six, all of which are located in and around the M25 area. Primary Steps is still the UK's tenth largest nursery chain, but the sale takes the total number of its settings down to 32 and the number of places down to 1,665.
