I'd like to publicly praise my staff at Silks Farm Nursery School for all the effort they put in to raising money for Cancer Research UK. Twenty-two staff members and a parent entered the Race for Life at Ferry Meadows Country Park in Peterborough and they all completed the 5km course in times ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. They were all brilliant and showed their commitment to a great cause. In total, the nursery raised in excess of £2,000 in sponsorship.
