October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month is just round the corner, and raising money and awareness not only supports those living with breast cancer, it's good for your health too. Whether you fancy Pink Aerobics in Regent's Park, abseiling down the Manchester Velodrome or trekking in Brazil, there are plenty of active ways to get involved.
