Children as young as four will be expected to fill in questionnaires that ask if they are 'optimistic about the future' and 'dealing with problems well', according to a report in The Sunday Telegraph. The 'well-being scale' is part of guidance being drawn up for primary schools to improve children's emotional and psychological health. Teletubby Tinky Winky has been accused of promoting homosexuality by Poland's government because he carries a red handbag, said The Guardian.
