Backdating kept off complaints records

Complaints made about childcarers in England before this April will still not be accessible to parents under new procedures introduced last week by Ofsted. Ofsted acknowledged last week that its inspectors will not start recording complaints, which will appear on providers' inspection reports from this September, until next month.
