Damaging children

Nursery nurses have done themselves serious damage with this disgraceful refusal to exempt disabled children from their industrial action and will have a hard time getting the respect of the parents back, however much Unison would like to deny it. I have a 13-year-old who is autistic and has severe learning difficulties, and I am outraged that Unison will not even start negotiating with employers for a realistic settlement, while my child gets more and more confused, unhappy and unsettled.
