* The coalition, drawn together by the Equal Opportunities Commission, has set out its case for change in Supporting Parents and Carers: Unlocking the Potential. It includes the following organisations: Age Concern, Contact a Family, Daycare Trust, Disability Alliance, Equal Opportunities Commission, Fathers Direct, 4Children, Gingerbread, National Family and Parenting Institute, One Parent Families, Opportunity Now, Pre-School Learning Alliance, TUC, Women's Budget Group and Working Families.
