At first I, too, was shocked at Supernanny's manner in the TV programme I saw (Letters, 29 July). But it was interesting to see that no one in the family seemed to mind, and when they were all waving goodbye the little boy could be heard saying, 'Is she coming back? She was nice.' Enough said.
