Lottery cash opens rural access to children's services

Plans to create three Integrated Children's Centres (ICCs) in Powys, Wales, have been made possible thanks to a £405,917 cash injection from the Big Lottery Fund. The funding was awarded to Powys County Council to offer new opportunities for parents, carers and children to access a range of quality services in an integrated way.
