They are outdoors in all weathers and learn to climb trees, go fishing, chop wood with axes and light fires. Addressing delegates at a Children in Scotland conference on 11 March, kindergarten leader Anders Farstad said nature kindergartens could help improve the health and fitness of Scottish children and get more men involved in childcare.
