* Morgan Jamieson has been appointed the first national clinical lead for children and young people's health in Scotland. Mr Jamieson, a paediatric cardiac surgeon, will begin the part-time role on 4 April. He will provide expert advice to the Scottish Executive to help promote and redesign children's health services.
