Although Jamie Oliver's language and tactics are not always politically correct, it is this style that gets him noticed and enables him to effect real change. Let us not, through narrow-minded criticisms, turn him into simply another of the 'exhausted, let down and cynical' professionals that Julian Grenier refers to.
