School dinners made a reappearance in the news last week as Cherie Blair joined her husband on the campaign trail. The Daily Telegraph reported that during a visit to World's End infant and nursery school in Quinton, Birmingham, where she praised the broccoli and sprouts, Mrs Blair revealed that she was less than impressed with the food at her son's school and was 'seriously considering' giving five-year-old Leo packed lunches.
