* A Devon nursery has been awarded a Quality Counts kitemark from the National Day Nurseries Association. St Michael's Nursery in Tawstock passed the 16 assessments modules for the kitemark over and above a glowing Ofsted inspection. The Ofsted report gave the nursery a good rating overall and judged the quality of teaching and learning to be outstanding.
