A Cambridgeshire nursery where a baby died after choking on a piece of apple will not be closed down, following its attainment of a satisfactory grade in a recent Ofsted inspection. Just Learning Nursery in Cambourne was served with a compliance notice six months after the death of Georgia Hollick in April 2006 (News, 16 November 2006). Georgia's death was ruled as accidental by an inquest.
