- Why did you enter the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards for Excellence in customer service?
We believed we could win the award because excellence in customer service is at the heart of the business. After all, every day, we look after the most precious possession that anyone can have, and to operate successfully, this must be inherent and apparent in everything we do.
- What does winning the award mean to you and the group of nurseries?
The award means so much to us, not least that it recognises the dedication and commitment which our team has to taking care of the children in their charge on a daily basis.
- What are your future plans?
Never ones to rest on our laurels, we plan to expand the business, ensuring that we not only maintain but improve upon our award-winning skills in delivering excellent customer service every day.
