In this year's Children's Stars awards by 4Children, the Parents as Partners in Early Learning project in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets won the prize for Morton Michel Childcare Team of the Year. Lesley Staggs, who worked as an advisor with them, describes the team's achievement.
