Claire*, a 35-year-old senior nursery officer, was the victim of workplace bullying at a state nursery school.

'I was working in a state nursery attached to a school when I experienced the most horrific bullying. It started with my staff photo repeatedly being turned upside down on the noticeboard and escalated to people putting food in my coat pockets in the staff room.
