Supervisory work in a holiday playscheme is the focus of a new level 3 course. Karen Faux reports
Crechendo Training has launched a new level 3 playwork course designed for those at level 2 who wish to explore the possibilities of taking on a more senior role in holiday playschemes. In recent years employers have identified a skills shortage at this level. SkillsActive has recently established the Playwork Induction Standard at level 3, on which Crechendo's course is based.
