Hi,Don't be scared at least you will not be phased when they ask you these questions,it will show them you have heard these terms before and that you have given the interview lots of thought. You should be proud of yourself to get an interview as that is the hard bit getting shortlisted.

In reply to your post i have never heard of webster stratton, where have you heard about it?

I work on my own most of the time,it's great. My work is generated from the Health Visitors and myself, follow up appointments.Motivation is not a problem as we have a very busy caseload. It's like being self employed in some ways but with having the security of a regular salary, holidays etc.

Supporting parents and families is a big part of my role,I have my own equipment which i take around to the houses, most of the houses do not have any toys and the children do not know how to play.

(Continued from above post, the box would not drop down to allow me to continue typing)

I would not get too concerned about Every Child Matters,Birth To Three,Foundation Stage,Children's Bill etc,as you have the knowledge anyway so you can draw on that if needed.

Where is your interview which tPCT?

I am around most of the weekend if you want any further help,If you post your e-mail address we can talk there and maybe swap telephone numbers if you feel you want to discuss anything further on the phone.I don't mind so don't feel worried about asking.

Speak soon.

thanks you seem very confident in your role which is a good thing. you seem the right person to ask questions.

always nervous about interview questions do not want my mind to go blank.

Webster stratton is about behaviour management

what type of toys do you take with you? do you have to set up activites?

What about children with special needs and english as a second language?

Health promotion? what do you do?

i live in cambridgeshire what about you?

got to go because my daughter will need feeding in a minute and need to mash her a bannana!

my email adress is louisasargeant@fsmail.net

thanks
