Very good employer Butterflys personnel

I work in Edinburgh and lothians for Butterflys personnel and I wanted to share with everyone what a great employer they where, I have worked 3 years in a private nursery and was not treated with much respect but this agency are fantastic I very rarly have a problem getting work, i get paid well for a nursery nurse plus i get my train fare paid and a taxi to take me to the nursery i am going too if there are no busses.
The other day I was on my way home and got to the train station to realise that all the trains where cancelled and no bus service was put on for the stranded passangers, i had no money with me and no cash card just my train ticket that was now useless because there where no trains. I phoned the agency to ask for directions to get to the next train station,
to my surprise the organised a taxi to take me home, I can't imagine any other nursery doing this and it cost the company £42 pounds, I am extreemly grateful as I could never have afforded this myself.
The agency is small and they comunicate with all the temps well, if there are any problems with the nurserys we work for its sorted out and if we don't feel comfortable working in a place we don't have to go back.
I just thought id share this because I think its rare to have such a brilliant employer in childcare.
