'Can you help?
Have a small sessional group in Kent and have received above criteria for receiving funding states:- 38 weeks opening/working towards 3 hour sessions then morning and afternoon sessions. Fill in holiday & sick forms for children. Top-up fee to be based on the £8.22 grant funding (some will be running at loss as sessional fees are normally more that this). WOuld anyone outside the Kent area who has received their new conditions be willing to send me a copy so I can see if this is KCC's interpretation or it's what the Government have laid down.Everyone in this area is up in arms and we have enlisted the help of the local MP. I would appreciate anyones help.

There are many providers in this area of Kent who are very unhappy about the new delegated conditions being laid down by KCC. We do all really have to pull together to make changes.

we have different rules in Surrey..leading up to the full blown ones...new registrations have to register with minimum 38 weeks,,,,but settings already in place do not
