Your manager should be aware of this child's allergy. If it is a serious allergy there must always be a dose of EpiPen (injectable adrenalin) in the office in case of a major reaction. Somebody in your setting should be trained to apply EpiPen if needed.

You should look for symptoms like swelling of face and neck, breathing difficulties, low blood pressure...

You should call 999 and help the child breathe (supported position or recovery position if they are not concious).
