I was wondering how do nursery managers react when a nursery nurse comes for a interview and is openly truthful that they have a criminal record by no fault of their own. They have all the qualifiactions and the personality you need in the nursery and they would be a great asset.

it would depend on why a person had got a criminal record, on what charge etc. Was it violent, against a child/adult circumstances etc. Theft/ fraud and so on.
