If you type Laming (or Lamming) report into Google you can read the whole report on-line. I have to warn you it doesn't make easy reading and have a box of tissues to hand!

yes read the laming report also get what to do if you are worried a child is being abused and also safeguarding children order from dfes publications website- victoria climbies was the landmark case that prompted the introduction of every child matters.
