hi, my sister in law and i are currently searching for premises to open our own private day nursery. Does any one have any ideas to help us find something suitable, been looking for 5 months now with no success.
any advice or info welcome

Hello where do you live? and where are you looking to buy? There is one in west yorkshire, cleckheaton for sale with residential house and 8 acres of land 850,000.

Hi! - I went to a nursery recently that was on a light industrial estate. To begin with on the outside I didn't think it would have been suitable but when I went in I changed my mind - there was a staff room, office, computer suit, dark/relaxing room, sensory room, art/wet painting room all down one side with low level windows to let light in and so that adults had a clear view of the whole setting. The units main room was big enough for a large trampoline, ball pool etc, of course it had an air conditioning unit up high out of reach on the ceiling. Outside the nursery had organised a garden with a high fence all round, they had a willow tunnel, sensory garden, little paths that ran all the way round for trikes etc - basically it was surprisingly good! - and of course those that worked in the units had a nursery on hand!
