RE: NDNA Level 3 or Outstanding - which is better

Hi Tina
I am a nursery teacher but previously worked in child care as a nursery nurse. I would advise you to go to each nursery and see what you think. 'Outstanding' in all areas does appear to suggest a high quality setting, which well it might be, but ofsted inspections do have an element of subjectivity to them and i personally would not go on this alone. Accredidation with NDNA also suggests that standards above and beyond the minimum quality requirements have been met. If I were you I would visit, talk to staff and see what you think - it may be that both are quality settings but that one meets your needs as a parent or would suit your individual child better. Gook luck.
